FAQ's

Do I need to fill in a contract?

We don’t requires contract for coffee supply, however depending on the arrangement, support beyond supplying roasted coffee may require contracts.

When will my order ship?

We roast Tuesday to Thursday, and ship all UK based wholesale orders on a next day courier service. Orders received before 8am will be processed the same day, all orders after 8am will processed the following day.

Whats your order minimum?

We do our best to work flexibly to suit the needs of your cafe, for delivered orders we request a minimum order of 5kg.

How do I place my order?

Help! I've ran out of coffee!

No problem, we always keep a small stock of roasted coffee to one side in case of an emergency, get in touch with us and we can ship what you need, or you can collect from our roastery.

Do you offer payment terms?

We do, new wholesale partners will pay at the time of purchase for a 90 day period before becoming eligible for terms. If after 90 days you are interested in being set up with Net30 terms, let us know.

What are your wholesale coffee prices?
